Please note: Discover Old Town Greenwood is hosting their own Maker Market on Saturday only during the Winter Wonderland Holiday Open House. This is a separate event from Jingle & Mingle Pop-Up, but because both markets are happening in Old Town on the same day, vendors and shoppers will benefit from the increased foot traffic and cross-promotion between the two.

CURATION STATEMENT
The Grafton Peek Holiday Market is a thoughtfully curated pop-up showcasing many of the talented makers who carried their goods inside Grafton Peek Mercantile. Our goal is to bring together a vibrant mix of vendors offering unique, locally made, and small-batch items that give shoppers a one-of-a-kind holiday shopping experience. From handcrafted gifts and seasonal décor to creative goods that celebrate individuality and craftsmanship, this market is designed to highlight the best of our local maker community while giving attendees meaningful options for gifting and celebrating the season.

VENDOR DETAILS

  • Booth Fee: $35 for approx. 10 ft x 10 ft booth, $25 for approximate 8 ft x 6 ft booth

  • Vendors participate both Friday evening and Saturday afternoon.

  • Set-Up Time: Thursday, November 20 from 5 – 7 PM and Friday, November 21 from 3 - 5 PM

  • Location: Grafton Peek Social Hall, second floor (stair access only)

VENDOR INCLUSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provided by Event:

  • One booth space

  • 2 chairs

  • WiFi access

  • Promotion of the event through our collective social channels and via paid advertising

  • Added Bonus for Vendors!
    The Grafton Peek Holiday Market will be featured on the Discover Old Town Greenwood Punch Card—an established tradition that draws heavy foot traffic and encourages attendees to stop, shop, and explore.

Vendors Must Provide:

  • Tables and display fixtures (tables are not provided)

  • Extension cords or power strips (if electricity is required)

  • All necessary décor and signage for their booth

  • Any payment processing system (Square, Venmo, etc.)

  • To help make Vintage Fest a success for everyone, we ask that each vendor share about their participation on their social media channels at least two times leading up to the event.

Important Payment Note: If accepted, you will receive an invoice along with your confirmation. Invoices must be paid by October 24 in order to hold your spot.
